Has the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) changed its mind on its intention to take disciplinary action against Energy Cabinet secretary Charles Keter for allegedly using State resources to campaign in the recent Kericho senator by-election?
Word has it that some influential people have been asserting pressure on some IEBC commissioners to let the matter pass. Word has it that, save for the press statement that IEBC sent to newsrooms expressing intent to investigate Keter, no further steps have been taken.
The CS has not even received any communication from IEBC, let alone been summoned.
